My laptop is dying so I rushed the glitchiness.. I may come back to this another time and do more work.

For anyone who is interested, I did the binary hair by putting the quote "I am a racer, I can feel it in my code" into a converter, and then 'carving' the shape of her hair out of the block of binary I got.
