Pepper Ann Self Portrait XD

I've always wanted to do something like this, a half drawn cartoon character with a pencil to finish drawing themselves.

This is just a fairly quick, better profile pic for Facebook's cartoon memories week. The pepper ann I did last was atrocious, so I can't leave it.
