For my TLK 100 Themes Challenge - no. 33: Expectations.
I'm never sure whether to think Ahadi and Uru had expectations of Taka that were too high for him to live up to, or if they simply never had any expectations of him at all.
Either way, the theme made me think of tiny cubby Taka, new to the world and full of potential, innocent and unaware of how harsh expectations can be.
